AUTOMATIC LINEAR INOX CHAIN TENSIONERS
Automatic tensioners are automatic devices which allow to keep the right tension of the transmission chain/belt so it lasts longer.In addition they recover the stretching that the chain has little by little during its functioning.So thanks to the automatic tensioners you can avoid vibrations and noise linked to functioning.
These automatic tensioners do not need the intervention of any workers so you can save time for the maintenance and for the control of the machineries on which they are set up.
Type NT – NTA has a closed light alloy body and a tensioning PE 1000 head.
The light alloy body is closed at the bottom to stop external infiltrations. They have a PA66+Molybdenum Disulfide bushes that allow the perfect sliding of the galvanized steel pivots. The pivots are inside and pushed by steel springs. On them we set up the tensioning head made of low friction anti-wear and tear plastic material ( Polyethylene 1000 dynamic friction coefficient 0,06 dry steel ). They can resist to a temperature up to 65°C.
The heads have various shapes and their wear and tear is almost zero. They are available also for ISO and ASA simple, double and triple chain.
They are set up and checked one by one by skilled staff to get the maximum quality control and the perfect pivots sliding.
The high quality of the material, the manufacture and the components tolerance ( processed with our CNC) allow this product to work perfectly and to last for long time.

For all types we have a food version with pivots, springs and set up elements in stainless steel AISI 304/303.
