Our IDLER ROLLERS PU can be made of Aluminium, Zinc Coated Steel and plastic material type PA6.
They are worked with our CNC or die casted. Perfect to be used with our tensioners or alone as fixed belt tensioners or as return.
On our catalogue you can find various sizes as far as diameter or length:
Ø30 L 35 - Ø40 L45 – Ø40 L 50 – Ø50 L 50 - Ø50 L65 – Ø60 L60 – Ø60 L90 – Ø80 L80- Ø80 L90.
They have two double shielding bearings and they are set up and checked by hand one by one to get the best control on the bearings sliding.
On demand we can supply them in other materials such as Stainless Steel, or in other sizes, on drawings, with special bearings so we can customize them according to the customer’s needs.
These brackets are made to support our belt tensioner rollers type PU. They are available with the double shielding bearing pulley. They are set up one by one to check the proper sliding of the bearing.
type PUG rim pulley ( A) made of PA6 plastic material with double shielding bearing , protection caps and on demand you can get them in Aluminium, in Zinc-Coated Steel or Stainless Steel , various sizes and type of rim.
